ANSWERS

  1. No!!

White pasta is bleached and refined and has no nutrients! The tomato sauce (unless homemade) is also full of sugar too.

  1. Full Fat!

Low fat yoghurt is replaced with loads of sugar! This is much worse for you.

  1. It makes you tired in the long run and over a long period of time it can exhaust your adrenal (stress) glands.

  1. Honey!

It is the most natural form of sugar there…the rest are highly processed and raise blood sugar considerably.

  1. 1-2 portions of fruit per day (Too much sugar otherwise) and 10 or more vegetables per day!

In Conclusion

One of the major problems with our diet is that we don’t take time out to read on the implications of the foods or drinks we consume. Henceforth we need to stop:

  • Excessive consumption of coffee
  • Excessive intake of sugar
  • Eating too many portions of fruit. Yes i know fruits are healthy but there’s a say ing that too much of everything isn’t good.
  • Buying processed food without reading the nutrition content on the pack. Some of us even react to some compounds. Yet we purchase our groceries without checking out the content

Remember!! You are what you eat.
